Inmate From LI Throws Container Full Of Toilet Water On Officer, Suffolk Sheriff Says

An inmate at the Suffolk County Correctional Facility in Yaphank is facing new charges for allegedly throwing toilet water at an employee, the Sheriff’s Office announced.

Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Bellport resident Daniel Williams, 33, at approximately 7:50 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29, for aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate dating back to an indecent on Thursday, Oct. 17.

According to the Sheriff, an inmate filled a milk container with toilet water and threw it at a correction officer, “causing him to come into contact with bodily fluids and fecal material” on his lower torso and both legs.
